hy i have download new efeckts plug-ins for aae but don't know where i need to put it. please help me. I'm sorry for my langue i'm not englih... please help

Open your C Drive then go to program files, once you get there open Adobe, then go to after effects Cs4(or whichever version you have) Click on Support files, then click on Plug-ins then install it there.
